Laboratory Certification and Approvals:

Talon Test Laboratories, Inc. is a Nadcap certified facility in the
methods of ultrasonic and radiography. We have approvals
from Boeing, GE Engine, Rolls Royce MD Helicopter, and
Honeywell.

Equipment: Ultrasonic

Talon's ultrasonic C-scan tank systems are precision dual
manipulator systems with advanced motion control and data
acquisition.  Dual motorized gimballs allow for 3D contour
following and stop-on-defect.  The tanks are equipped with a
range of turntables and rotators allowing for the inspection of
most part geometries.  

Talon's through-transmission C-scan composite systems are
gantry designed systems capable of 3D imaging and advance
contour following.  These systems are primarily used for testing
complex composite and large area brazed structures.  C-Scan
images can be printed 1:1 scale thereby allowing real size image
mapping over the surface of the part.
