The Phoenix Facility of the Talon Group
The Talon Test Laboratories Phoenix Facility specializes in high quality Ultrasonic, Eddy current, and X-Ray inspection imaging using precision motion control systems by Structural Diagnostics, Inc. Additionally the facility inspects critical aerospace parts by Magnetic Particle (up to 60", 6000 amp) and Penetrant Techniques (Method A Level 3 sensitivity and Method D Level 4 sensitivity). The facility has recently also installed a fully automated computer controlled chemical passivation line.
If you have a critical part that is challenging to inspect, the Talon Phoenix facility and personnel are up to the job. Three Level III inspectors with 60 years combined experience in the five above methods, one Level II in all five methods, and additional level II's in MP and PT can work with you to achieve a thorough and accurate inspection accredited by NADCAP and many aerospace manufacturers.
